At The Pet Nanny Hop-tel I take care of my guests like my own pets. For your peace of mind, I am fully insured and DBS checked. Your rabbits and Guinea pigs can enjoy their holiday while you enjoy yours!
My indoor set up is predator proof with heating, AC and cameras. Guests are provided with Michelin star salads and a minimum of 6 hours access to an exercise run each day. I also have a limited number of set ups available for free roaming house rabbits. All food and bedding is included in the stay, but I do encourage you to supply your pet's own pellets, because no one likes a funny tummy on holiday.

Where are you based?
In the heart of Cobham, Surrey, moments from junction 10 of the M25. Close to Heathrow and nearby towns: Epsom, Leatherhead, Esher and Weybridge.
Are vaccinations required?
Rabbits must be vaccinated against Myxomatosis, Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease 1 (RHD1) and Rabbit Haemorrhagic Disease 2 (RHD2).
What happens if my pet becomes ill?
Please notify me of any existing medical conditions. Unfortunately, I cannot accept any pet that is showing signs of any undisclosed illness, disease or injury. If your pet becomes unwell during its stay I will contact you immediately for permission to seek vet care.
Can I get updates on my pet?
I am always happy to send daily updates with lots of binky photos! Please always feel free to contact me via Whatsapp while you are away.

Can I cancel my booking?
I understand travel plans can change, please update me of any changes as soon as you can. This allows me to keep my small business running by filling free spaces.
Where will my pet stay?
Guests stay in my luxurious garage with heating, AC and cameras. The space is predator proof and provides space for exercise runs and a comfortable environment that is suitable for indoor or outdoor kept rabbits. I also have a limited number of free roam set ups in my main house.
Is boarding safe / hygienic?
All rabbit guests are required to have been vaccinated at least 14 days prior to their stay. Suites are disinfected between guests and cleaned twice daily. Guests are never allowed to mix.
